Email Notification Agreement

We may also inform you about changes to Service features and special promotions, following the laws applicable in your location.

Restrictions on User Content

  5. Contains any information or content that we classify as illegal, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, violating personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, degrading to others (publicly or privately), libelous, threatening, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.
  6. Consists of any illegal information or content, including but not limited to disclosing insider information under securities law or another party's trade secrets.
  7. Includes any information or content that you do not possess the legal right to distribute under any law, contractual obligation, or fiduciary duty.
  8. Contains any information or content that is false, misleading, or deceptively inaccurate.
  9. Infringes upon the Intellectual Property Rights or privacy rights of any third party. For this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" includes patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, trade dress, service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights, and any other intellectual property rights.

If you are a Client posting Job Advertisements, you further agree that such content must not include personally identifiable information.

Third-Party Content Liability Exclusion

CDL Search Job is not liable for verifying the quality or truthfulness of content posted by users. Users acknowledge that content may be inaccurate, illegal, misleading, or offensive, and it is their own responsibility to confirm the accuracy and legality of any information they choose to rely on. Your reliance on User Content is solely at your own risk.

Despite these disclaimers, CDL Search Job reserves the discretionary right to remove or restrict access to User Content or accounts found in violation of these Terms, associated agreements, relevant laws, or that pose a risk to CDL Search Job, although it is not required to do so.

User Interaction Risk Acknowledgment and Acceptance

You hereby accept that CDL Search Job is not liable for verifying the credibility or identity of each User on the platform. CDL Search Job does not assume any duty to authenticate Users. Thus, it is your responsibility to conduct appropriate due diligence before initiating any interactions with other Users, such as candidates, employers, staffing services, or recruiters.

You willingly accept the risks associated with any interactions on the platform and agree that any disputes or concerns with Users must be resolved between you and the respective User.

By accepting these terms, you waive any claims against CDL Search Job, its subsidiaries, and their employees, officers, and agents for any type of damages, including known, unknown, direct, indirect, actual, or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Disclosure of User Information and Content

CDL Search Job retains the discretion to disclose User Content, along with relevant information about the person who provided the content, to third parties. Additionally, in situations where protecting CDL Search Job's interests is necessary, we may share such information. By accepting these terms, you consent to our right to reveal your identity to any third party who claims that the User Content you submitted is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, infringes on their rights, or violates privacy.

Limitation of Liability

Neither CDL Search Job nor its suppliers or any associated third parties shall be liable for damages of any kind, including incidental, consequential, loss of profit, or damages due to lost data or business interruptions resulting from your use or inability to use the Website.
